Can I cancel my order?
Yes, request cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order. If the order has not entered processing, it can ordinarily be cancelled with no charge.
Is there a charge for cancelling?
Once processing, packing or inventory allocation has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. If we do accept it before dispatch, a charge of up to 25% of the order value may apply. Any charge is communicated to you before the cancellation is processed.
Can I cancel after my order is dispatched?
No. A dispatched order cannot ordinarily be cancelled. You may need to accept delivery and follow the return procedure in our Return & Refund policy.
What if Stylune cancels my order?
If we cancel a confirmed order for reasons attributable solely to us, you will receive the applicable refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
